		<description>Yum - I went to Gaia last year with my aunt; unfortunately since it was just the two of us there was obviously a limit to how much we could eat and I didn&#039;t have a chance to try the fake sushi. It&#039;s so funny how in the west vegetarians are all about whole foods and bringing out the individual vegetables and ingredients, whereas in Asian vegetarian cuisine it&#039;s all about trying to make food that&#039;s as close as traditional non-vegetarian dishes as possible.</description>
